Shipping
All ÆON orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner via DHL Express. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier.

Import duties and taxes for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns
We want every ÆON piece to fit and feel exactly as intended. If it doesn't, unworn items with all original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odor (including perfume, detergent, or smoke)
- All original tags and labels must remain attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Final sale items, if marked as such at checkout, are not eligible for return
How to return an item
- Email care@aeonstudios.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label
- Pack the item securely and attach the provided label
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
As Drop 01 is produced in strictly limited quantities, exchanges are subject to size and colorway availability at the time of request. Contact care@aeonstudios.com to check availability before initiating a return for exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
