2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
3. Products & availability
ÆON Studios operates a limited-drop model. Products are released in restricted quantities and, once sold out, are not guaranteed to be restocked. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to display settings, lighting, and the nature of the dyeing and finishing processes used on our garments.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of order.
5. Orders & order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping & delivery
Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns, exchanges & right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Our return process and conditions are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. This statutory right is in addition to, and not limited by, our return policy.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the ÆON Studios name, the "Æ" monogram, product designs, and images, is the property of Veloura Studio s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veloura Studio s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to protections under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Any disputes will first be addressed through our customer care team at care@aeonstudios.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
